30. Mr. Brady’s Big Secret
Robert Reed, who played Mike Brady, was a closeted homosexual. His co-star Florence Henderson caught on to his secret pretty early on when she noticed how uncomfortable he was with acting romantically towards her. After admitting the truth to her privately, the two rehearsed kissing and hugging scenes off-camera to look more natural. The entire cast and crew kept Reed’s secret until after his death from HIV in 1992.
