8. Utilize The Earth
This smoker has a stove on one end with the pip going underground. This keeps a lot of the warmth and the smoke, funneling it all into your meat. You can even walk on the hill above, making it in-obtrusive but very impressive. Digging the hole for this will take a while, but it can last for years once you are done. Set aside a few weekends and you will have a great smoker in no time.
