4. A Simple Garden Bench
While they may seem complicated, simple benches are actually really easy to make. Measuring the wood and making sure it is even, and putting it all together are the hardest parts of this project. Take the time to sand it down completely, and it can be a favorite place for your children to play and for adults to relax at the end of the day. Making it lower to the ground than a traditional bench can also help it blend in with the garden and get used much more often.
