4. Maintain Location Logs
Regardless of how you feel about your phone (and Apple) tracking your movements minute to minute, it’s so important to have your location services ON, especially if you happen to lose your phone (or even worse have it stolen). When your location services are set to on, your phone actually keeps a log of where you’ve traveled. This can help authorities track down your phone. However, when it’s OFF, you have no written record of where you last were or where the phone is going, which can make recovering your smartphone even more difficult.
