Missi Pyle played Jake’s teacher, Miss Pasternak. She dated Charlie for a while and boosted Jake’s grade during the relationship. However, once Charlie found out she had a mental illness, he dumped her. Later, she loses her teaching license and works as a an exotic dancer, then moves in with Charlie to tutor Jake.
