1. Self-clean grates
If your oven grates are covered with all kinds of gunk from messy cooking there is an easy way to get them clean. All you need to do is rub some vinegar on the grates and place in the oven on low heat. The high temperature will help destroy the sticky particles allowing you to simply wipe the grates clean.
