8. Bell Peppers

Although most inflammation is usually flared up by highly processed foods, nightshades such as bell peppers can contribute as well. This is due to the fact that bell peppers contain alkaloid solanine that triggers nerve disruption and can cause tremors and joint flare ups. Therefore, if you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis it’s recommended you stay away from peppers in general.
