Four skinless chicken breasts, a cup of sweet marsala wine, and a few dozen mushrooms later, you’ll be turning out a meal whose taste is on par with your favorite Italian restaurant. Garnish with some parsley and dive in!

Don’t even think about disposing any leftovers! Day two of this delectable dish is even better than day one because the chicken has had a little extra time to marinade. Boil some angle hair pasta, dice up the remaining chicken, and lather the plate in whatever sauce you still have left.
