3. Use A Potato To Clean Rust
If you find that you have an area with rust stains, use a potato to remove them. While this seems like an odd choice, the starch and acid in potatoes helps break down the rust and pull it away quickly. Simply rub at the stain with a freshly cut potato and some baking soda until the stain disappears.
