9. There’s Quite a Few Flubs
Because the show was unpopular, not everyone was certain that the show would keep airing regularly for over 40 years post-cancelation. In order to keep an episode on schedule, many minor mistakes were left in post-production. Various flubs can be detected, such as the kids calling their co-stars by their actual names, Susan Olsen sticking her tongue out, and multiple wardrobe discrepancies.
