Jessica Williams was born and raised in the countryside of the Pacific Northwest. She studied fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. She has explored over a dozen countries in Europe and then moved to NYC to be immersed in the energizing fashion capital. Jessica’s exploratory life experiences, from immersion in the indie, bohemian Pacific Northwest to journeys around the world and back to chic New York City, place her at the perfect intersection for creating inspired gowns for both Ti Adora and Alvina Valenta.
