8. Penny Test Your Tread
Use a penny to test the tread on your tires, and never worry about being swindled again. Stick a penny into the tread on your tires, and use them to measure when you need to change them out. If the tread is shorter than Lincoln’s head, upside down on the penny, you need new tires.
