5. Holey Jar
While finding pieces of pottery from ancient times is nothing out of the ordinary, scientists were left scratching their heads when they discovered a jar that was crafted with multiple holes within a storage unit at the Museum of Ontario. Several identical pieces were found and are believed to be dated back to the Romans. Some researchers have suggested the jars were used to house small animals or lanterns, but testing has yet to provide any conclusive details.
